Job description

Waltham Forest Council are looking for an Income & Payments Officer.

This role is a temp role for 3 months with a view to be extended.

Job Role

To ensure the highest possible level of rent collection for customers in all types of temporary accommodation. To assist customers in meeting their rental liabilities through income maximisation and other measures. To ensure prompt payment of invoices from third-party suppliers to teams across the Housing Solutions service.
