Job Title: Leasehold Finance Officer
Client: Hackney Council
Duration: 3 months with a view to be extended.
Only CV’s that show experience in leasehold services will be considered.
The responsibilities of the Leasehold Finance (Service Charges & Major Works) Officer may include:
-Carrying out Section 20 consultation on proposed major works.
-Calculating major works charges and issuing invoices to leaseholders.
-Responding to leaseholder enquiries and complaints.
-Representing the Council at public meetings and events.
-Preparing case work for hearings at the First Tier Tribunal or County Court.
-Other tasks relating to finance, service charges and major works.
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in leasehold services
-Excellent customer service skills.
-An exceptional standard of written English.
-Excellent mathematical and numerical skills.
-A methodical nature and very high level of attention to detail.
-Highly organised and able to work on own initiative and meet deadlines.
-Excellent IT skills.
